Reolink accepts order cancellation before the order is shipped out.
As long as the order is placed within 2 hours, you can cancel it yourself by submitting cancel requests on our website support page.
Below are the steps:
Step 1. Go to the support center https://support.reolink.com/requests/
Step 2. Choose Orders & Shipping-->Choose Issue topic as [cancel or change orders], order from [Reolink.com], enter your order ID in pure 7 digits. If your order is placed within 2 hours, then a cancel confirm window will pop up, click [Yes] to confirm the cancellation.
If it's beyond 2 hours, no cancel window will pop up, submit your cancel request to contact our service team, we'll try our best to help hold the shipment. And we suggest you can try to refuse the parcel if your parcel fails to hold back.

Note: Usually, all orders will be handled by the system within 24 hours and the packages will be sent out to our forwarders within 48 working hours. Once there is a tracking number, we’re afraid that we cannot help cancel the order because the package has left our warehouse and been picked up by the carrier.
