Reolink accepts order cancellation before the order is shipped out. Please contact us within one working days after you place your order.
Please follow these 2 methods below to cancel your order.
1. Since there may be some delay during the emails, you may contact us via live chat if you’re urgent.
2. Send an email with a brief title (such as Cancel My Order#) to support@reolink.com with below information:

Note: Usually, all orders will be handled by the system within 24 hours and the packages will be sent out to our forwarders within 48 working hours. Once there is a tracking number, we’re afraid that we cannot help cancel the order because the package has left our warehouse and been picked up by the carrier.
