When you enable the infrared lights or spotlight, some of the lights are not bright or are dim and you cannot view the camera well. This article provides troubleshooting tips for some IR lights/spotlights that are not bright or dim. 

Troubleshooting Steps for some infrared lights/spotlights that are not bright or are dim

1. Ensure you're using the original Reolink camera power adapter. (Not apply to battery-powered cameras)

2. If you don't use the original power adapter, please confirm the power supply meets our requirements and replace it for testing purposes if you can. If you are not sure, you can check the of specifications page your camera to find the requirements. 

3. Some models (RLC-823A 16X/RLC-423, etc.) will light different infrared lights according to different focal lengths. You can adjust the focus to check if other infrared lights are on. Please refer to: Introduction to the Status of RLC-823A Series IR LEDs
