Troubleshooting steps for Reolink Cameras Access Failed after Connecting to the Solar Panel
1. Make sure the solar panel is installed correctly with a tight interface.
2. Try unplugging and then replugging the solar panel.
3. Unplug the solar panel and charge the camera using a DC power adapter until the battery level is greater than 30%, then reconnect the solar panel.
a. If solved, it may be because the camera is at low power (about 10%), and you need to charge the camera via the DC power supply first so that the solar panel will work.
b. If not resolved, consider swapping solar panels or cameras to isolate whether the problem lies with the solar panel or the camera.
