Note:
1. For Reolink Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi camera, this feature is supported by cameras with firmware version v3.0.0.3215 and above. You can download the latest firmware from Download Center – Reolink
2. This feature is not available when the camera is connected to a Reolink NVR.

How to Use Doorbell Call Phone
Step 1. Tap and go to Settings > Push Notifications.
Step 2. Enable Push Notification and Incoming call from Doorbell.
Done! When a visitor presses the doorbell, you can receive the doorbell call on your phone. The interface for answering calls will pop up only when you are on the App interface.
Note: When the App is running in the background, you will not receive the below call answering interface. Instead, you will receive a push notification saying "A visitor is calling..." be sure to tap the notification in 20s to answer the call via the App. If you tap on Push after more than 20 seconds, it will lead to the preview or playback interface.
Introduction to Doorbell Call Functions
There are lots of functions on the doorbell call interface, and this part will introduce them one by one. Below is the interface of a doorbell call.
1. Quick reply: Tap to send an automatic response based on your settings.
2. End call: Tap If you don’t wish to answer the call.
3. Answer call: Tap to initiate a call with visitors, allowing for direct communication.
- Capture: In this interface, you can tap to capture a screenshot or tap to manually record a video.
- Mute: If you prefer your voice not to be heard on the camera end, you can enable .
Important note: If you’re seeing this message, it’s because the Reolink App doesn't have permission to access your phone's microphone. Please go to your phone settings and grant the microphone permission to the Reolink App.
The specific settings vary between different phones. Below is an introduction to the permission settings on an Android device.
How to Set up Different Ringtones for Visitor and Alarm
To set up different ringtones for visitors and alarms on your doorbell camera, you can utilize the Device Notification Ringtones feature. This feature is specifically designed for doorbell cameras, allowing you to customize push notification tones for various events. However, it's worth noting that the process may vary slightly between Android and iOS systems due to their differences.
For iOS:
1. Enable "Device Notification Ringtones".
2. Set different ringtones for Alarm and Visitor in the Doorbell Notification Ringtones settings.
For Android:
1. First Launch you Reolink App and open Push Notifications page. Enable "Incoming call from Doorbell".
2. Go to System Settings to set a ringtone for when a visitor presses the doorbell.
3. Enable "Device Notification Ringtones" and select Urgent/Important/General Notification for alarm according to your needs.
4. Go to the Settings page on your phone. Tap Notification & Control center, and then select App notifications. Find Reolink app and tap it.
5. Enable Show notifications
Note: You can enable Allow Sound or Allow Vibration to ensure you receive push notifications. These settings do not contradict each other, so you can choose one or both according to your preference. The specific options may vary between different phones.
6. Scroll down to find options for Urgent Notification, Important Notification, and General Notification. Tap on one to set its ringtone by selecting Sound and choosing your preferred ringtone. Remember to configure each of the three notification types separately, allowing you to customize them as you wish.
