Step 1. Initial Setup (if required)
If your camera hasn’t been configured, follow the standard setup procedure outlined in our guide, "How to Initially Set up Reolink Devices." If your camera has already been set up on the App, you can skip this step.Step 2. Accessing Home Hub Interface
Launch the Reolink App, click to navigate to the Home Hub settings section, and tap the to add cameras.Step 3. Adding via Device List or LAN
Only the initial administrator of the Hub and administrators with valid authorization are allowed to manage it.Device List: Previously set up cameras appearing in LAN in your Reolink App’s device list can be directly connected. Simply select “Connect” beside the desired camera.
LAN: Alternatively, utilize the LAN option to detect and add all online cameras within your local network, even if they haven't been initialized.
Once camera connected to Home Hub, account access and sharing options for individual devices will only be available through Home Hub.
Step 4. Confirmation of Connection
Upon successful connection, you will receive a prompt stating "Device and Home Hub Connection Succeeded." Confirm this notification to proceed.Step 5. Naming and Finalizing Integration
Assign a unique and descriptive name to your camera to easily identify it within the Home Hub system. The final "Device added to Home Hub" notification confirms successful integration.Now you can see the camera under the device list.

4. Directly Connect the Camera to the LAN Port of the Home Hub Pro
Unlike the Home Hub, the Home Hub Pro has a LAN port that allows you to directly connect a camera or connect it through a switch via network cable. Below are the basic operational steps.

1. The LAN port does not provide power, an external power supply is needed for power.
2. If you have reset the camera but it still shows a password error, you should make sure that this camera has been removed from the Home Hub Pro and try to reset again. Adding Reolink New Cameras to Home Hub Pro
If the new camera or reset camera is directly connected via the LAN port, you can preview the feed on the App/Client without any additional steps to add the camera.

Adding Existing Reolink Cameras to Home Hub Pro
Step 1. After plugging the network cable into the LAN port of Home Hub Pro, you'll find that the camera can no longer be used standalone. At the same time, the camera shows up on the Home Hub Pro and displays a password error, tap the camera with "incorrect password".
Step 2. Enter the camera password to add it to the Home Hub Pro. The connection is now complete.
