The functionality of the Reolink devices may be limited based on their network or power status when power goes out.

Note: If your network router experiences a power outage and the internet is disrupted, you will not be able to access Reolink devices connected to the router’s network through Reolink software like Reolink App and Reolink Client. Network-related features, such as Push notifications, Email alerts, Reolink Cloud, and FTP, will also be unavailable.

Different models may exhibit varying performances following power and internet outages. Please check the table below for details on device performance under different circumstances.
