1. How to register a Reolink product?

You can have the Reolink product registration done on the Reolink app or the Reolink official website. Please refer to: How to Register Reolink Products

2. What to do if I enter incorrect information during the registration?

Simply re-register using the correct information. We will consider the most recent registration with the correct information as the valid registration.

3. Is Reolink UID mandatory, and what are the benefits of filling it out?

The Reolink UID is not a required field when registering a Reolink product. However, we recommend filling it out, as it allows us to quickly verify your product registration in case you need warranty service in the future.

4. Is it necessary to register the Reolink product?

It is not mandatory, but registering your product grants an additional 6 months of warranty.

5. How to check product registration and confirm successful registration

You can enter your email address on our website at “https://reolink.com/check-warranty/” to check your registration information.

6. If I buy a standard NVR kit, do I need to register only the kit or all devices?

You only need to register the kit. As for the UID, please enter the UID of the Reolink NVR in the kit.

7. Do I need to register the new devices I received after my exchange?

Registration of received new device is not mandatory. The warranty for exchanged products is based on the original order date. Since you have registered the original order, the 6-month extended warranty will automatically carry over to the exchanged products.
