What is Voice Prompt?

Voice Prompt refers to the feature that the camera will broadcast to remind us of the status of this camera during the initial setup procedure. It can help us properly finish the setup wizard and diagnose it if we have trouble finishing the initial setup procedure.

The SIM card is not activated or the signal is too poor.

Can I Adjust the Volume of the Voice Prompt?

The volume of the camera's voice prompt is built into the firmware and cannot be adjusted. If you find the volume of the voice prompt is low, please try to set up the camera in a quiet place.

Can the Camera Connect to Wi-Fi or a Router?

The answer is No. Reolink 4G cameras do not connect to Wi-Fi networks/router. They are designed to connect solely to 4G mobile networks with a SIM card. If you failed to connect a Reolink Wi-Fi camera, please refer to Reolink Connection to Router Failed.
