Applies to: All Reolink NVRs and cameras. 

If you cannot access the camera settings / configuration / device information page (as shown in the picture below), follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Reason 1. Incompatible firmware version. 

Solution: This might happen more when the camera is connected to a Reolink NVR.

Find the latest firmware for the NVR in Download Center – Reolink and manually upgrade it following How to Upgrade Firmware for Reolink Products.

Reason 2. Unstable device network.

Solution: Check and see if you can still live view or playback your camera. If not, restart the camera.

Reason 3. Unstable phone/PC network.

Solution: Switch the network of your phone/PC or try a different phone/PC to see if this resolves the issue.

Reason 4. Outdated software version.

Solution: If your Reolink App/Client is not updated to the latest version, this issue may occur. Visit App & Client - Reolink to download and install the latest software version.

If the problem persists after going through the steps above, you may contact the Reolink Support Team. Submit a support request, providing all the details of the troubleshooting steps you've taken and the results.
