Cause 1. IP Conflict. / Duplicated IP Address.

Solution: 

1. Assign two different static IP addresses for the two cameras to prevent conflicts.

2. Delete both cameras from the Reolink App/Client and then re-add them via UID.

Cause 2. Software Issue.

Solution:

1. Uninstall the Reolink App/Client from your device and reinstall it.

2. Check if the problem persists on both the Client and the App to determine if it's a software-related issue.
