Here is also a video for your reference to add Reolink camera to Amazon Alexa:

Set up Your Alexa Device as A Doorbell Chime

Step 1. Open the Amazon Alexa app on your mobile device, and go to Devices > All Devices.

Step 2. Find your Reolink Doorbell camera from the list of All Devices.

Step 3. Tap on the Settings icon in the top-right corner to access the camera Settings page.

Step 4. Select the Announcement Device that you want to use as a doorbell chime. This device will make an announcement when the doorbell camera detects motion or is pressed.

Step 5. Enable voice notifications for different types of events based on your preferences. There are three types available: Motion/Person/Doorbell Press.

Note: Please ensure that the corresponding detection types are enabled on the camera's push schedule page. Refer to the guide: How to Set up Push Notifications for Reolink Doorbell Cameras

That's it! Now, whenever the camera detects a motion or doorbell press, the selected announcement device will send corresponding voice notifications, and when you receive a notification of doorbell pressing, it will automatically stream the camera's live feed. You can also enable the microphone on the device for two-way talk functionality.

Although the camera's live view screen cannot be automatically called up when the camera detects a motion, you can set a routine to indirectly achieve this goal.
