If you add your TrackMix cameras to Reolink NVR, you can view the two images captured by the camera's two lenses at the same time.
Applies to: Reolink NVRs (with hardware version N2MB02, N3MB01, H3MB18, N5MB01, N6MB01, and N7MB01), RLN12W, TrackMix PoE, TrackMix WiFi, TrackMix Wired LTE (with cable connected) and RLC-81MA.
Note: Make sure you have upgraded the firmware of your NVR to the latest one before viewing your camera on the NVR monitor.
Below are step-by-step guides on how to view the two lenses of your camera on the NVR via different platforms (monitor/App/Client).
On a monitor
Step 1. Power on your NVR. Left-click your mouse on the camera image. Click the Image Changing button and there will be four image display modes as indicated in the picture below.
Wide-Angle Image: The full-view image captured by the wide-angle lens.
Tracking Image: The close-up image captured by the telephoto lens when Auto Tracking is enabled. (For RLC-81MA, it is called Telephoto Image because RLC-81MA does not support auto-tracking).
Dual Images: Two images of two lenses are displayed separately.
Single Image: Wide-angle or Tracking image displayed alone.
Step 2. Click Dual image. Then the wide-angle image will be presented on the left and the tracking image will be presented on the right. Now if the camera tracks an object, it will be automatically zoomed in on the tracking image.
Note: Even though the two images are displayed separately, the camera still occupies one channel of the NVR.
Step 3. Double-click on the camera image to enter the full-screen previewing page of the camera. Left-click on the screen and then click the Image Changing button. There are three image-displaying modes:
Wide-Angle Image: The full-view image captured by the wide-angle lens.
Tracking Image: The close-up image captured by the telephoto lens when Auto Tracking is enabled. (For RLC-81MA, it is called Telephoto Image because RLC-81MA does not support auto-tracking).
PIP: Picture-in-picture mode.
Step 4. Click PIP and then the tracking image will be displayed on the bottom right corner of the wide-angle image. Now if the camera tracks an object, it will be automatically zoomed in on the tracking image.
Note: Place your mouse cursor on the tracking image and click it, the position of the wide-angle image and the tracking image will be swapped as the picture shows below:
