Reolink cameras could be set to switch between the color image mode and the black-and-white mode automatically. The switching threshold could also be adjusted according to your needs.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras except the battery-powered camera, RLC-410, RLC-520, RLC-511, RLC-522, Lumus, and Video Doorbell cameras.

Follow the guide below step by step to adjust the color/black-and-white switching threshold for your camera on the Reolink App. Please note that you should first turn on the Auto mode of Day and Night for your camera.
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and log in to your camera. Tap the Device Settings gear icon to enter the Settings page.
Step 2. Go to Display > Advanced. Make sure the Day and Night have been set to Auto mode.
Then tap Threshold.
Step 3. Drag the slider to adjust the switching threshold. Tap Confirm to save your configuration.
Notes:
- The closer the slider is to the bright end, the easier the camera will switch to the color image mode; The closer the slider is to the dark end, the easier the camera will switch to the black-and-white mode.
- If you don't have special needs, it is recommended that you keep this value by default. Or tap Restore Default Value to go back to the default status.
