To manage push notifications for cameras connected to your NVR, it's essential to know how to enable or disable these alerts across different Reolink platforms. This article provides step-by-step instructions based on the platform you're using.

Via Reolink App
1. For Reolink NVR with New UI:
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and then go to the Settings page of the NVR.
Step 2. Tap the Push Notifications option, and you can tap and enable the Push Notifications toggle (turn it blue). When it turns gray, you won't receive any push notifications from all the cameras connected to the NVR.
Then select a specific camera that you want to receive push notifications from and tap the toggle to turn it blue.
Step 3. Tap the Schedule option under the camera channel and select the detection type you want to receive push notifications for. Then you can customize the push notification schedule. For more details, refer to How to Set up Push Schedule for Cameras.
2. For Reolink NVR with Old UI:
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and then go to the Settings page.
Step 2. Tap the Push Notifications option, and you can tap and enable the Push Notifications toggle (turn it blue). When it turns gray, you won't receive any push notifications from all the cameras connected to the NVR.
Then tap to enable the channel of the camera you want to receive push notifications from.

Via Reolink Client
Below are instructions that show how to enable/disable push notifications of a camera connected to the NVR. Before setting up, please install Reolink Client on your PC.
Step 1. Launch the Reolink Client and log in to your NVR. Click the Device Settings gear icon.
Step 2. Go to Surveillance > Push. Click and turn the Push Notifications toggle blue to enable the push notifications for your Reolink NVR. Click the Schedule section to choose the camera you want to set the push notifications.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the camera name to select and configure a different camera connected to the NVR.
Step 3. Click the Push Notification toggle under the camera name to turn it off/on. When it turns gray, you won't receive any push notifications from this camera anymore.
If you wish to receive the notification from this camera, turn the toggle blue and set up the alarm schedule. For the details, refer to How to Set up Push Schedule for Cameras.

Via Web browser
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink NVR via a web browser. Click the gear icon next to the camera on the right to get to the device settings page.Step 2. Click Sureveillance > Push.
Click and turn the Push Notifications toggle blue to enable the push notifications for your Reolink NVR.
Click the Schedule toggle to enable/disable the push notifications feature for the camera.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the camera channel and camera name to select and configure a different camera connected to the NVR.
If you wish to receive the notification from this camera, turn the toggle blue and set up the alarm schedule. For the details, refer to How to Set up Push Schedule for Cameras.

Via Reolink NVR (new UI)
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36, NVS36 and RLN12W, NVS12W.
Step 1. Connect the NVR to a monitor/TV, log into the NVR, and go to the Settings page.
Step 2. Click Surveillance on the left and enable Push Notifications.
Step 3. Click the Daily Schedule of Push Notifications to set up.
Step 4. Choose the channel you want to set up at the top.Step 5. Click the toggle under the camera channel/camera name to turn it on/off.
