Reolink supports credit card payments through PayPal Checkout when purchasing Reolink products or subscribing/renewing to a Reolink Cloud plan. This article explains how to pay for your order using a credit card or debit card on the Reolink official website or Reolink Cloud website. Pre-notice: To save your order information, we suggest that you log in to your Reolink account before placing an order. If you place an order without logging in or registering, it will not be added to your account. If you prefer not to create a Reolink account, make sure your billing and shipping details are correctly filled in Step 3.

Step 1. Browse the Reolink official website and add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.

Step 3. Carefully fill in your shipping address and any other necessary contact information. Then, check I agree to Reolink's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and click Continue to Payment.

After the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email from Reolink.

FAQ

  • Why can't I find the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option?

    This option is controlled by PayPal and may not be available in certain regions. 

    If you do not see the option when you pay for Reolink products:

    • Try using a different browser.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try completing the payment on a mobile device.
    • Sign in to an existing PayPal account if required.
    • If you still can not find the option after that, you may contact the support of your local PayPal.

    If you can't find this option when paying for the Reolink Cloud plan, check if Auto-renewal is enabled. If so, suggest disabling it. And then pay again.

  • What types of cards are supported?

    We support PayPal and four major types of credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), and Discover. You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

  • Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card?

    Not necessarily. In many regions, PayPal allows customers to complete payments as guests using a credit or debit card without creating or signing in to a PayPal account.

  • Can I update my credit card information or change my credit card?

    Yes. You can change the credit card information or adjust the payment priority here: My Reolink Payment.

  • What should I do if my credit card payment fails?
