Reolink device offers user-friendly features for easily checking network information. Whether troubleshooting connection matter or verifying smooth operation, knowing how to access this information is crucial. In the following sections, we'll guide you through the steps to find and check the Information on the network status of your Reolink device.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras (except for battery-powered 4G cameras), Home Hubs and NVRs.
Note: For TrackMix Wired LTE, it will gain an IP address only when using cable connection.

Via Reolink App
1. For Reolink Standalone Camera
Log in to your camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the
icon > More Features > Network Information.
2. For Reolink NVR / Home Hub
Log in to your NVR / Home Hub on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap NVR / Home Hub >
icon > More Features > Network Information.
3. For cameras added to Reolink NVR / Home Hub
Log in to your NVR and camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the
icon next to the camera > More Features > Network Information.

Via Reolink Client
1. For Reolink Standalone Camera
Log in to your device on Reolink Client, go to Device Settings > Network > Network Information, and check the network information of your device.
2. For Reolink NVR / Home Hub
For Reolink NVR, click
icon >
icon > Network > Network Information, and check the network information of your device.
For Reolink Home Hub, click
icon > Customize > Network > Network Information, and check the network information of your device.
3. For cameras added to Reolink Home Hub
Click
icon to expand the cameras. Then click the
icon next to the camera > Network > Network Information, and check the network information of your camera.
Note: If you have added your camera to the Reolink NVR, you will not be able to check the network information for the added cameras on the Reolink Client. Instead, go to the Reolink App or NVR monitor to check.

Via Reolink Web browser
Step 1. Log in to your camera via Web Browser and then click the gear icon on the top right to get to the settings page.
Step 2. Click Network. And check the network information of your device.

Via Reolink NVR (new UI)
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version NVR_NNT3NA78P / N7MB01 / N3MB01 / N2MB02 / H3MB18), RLN16-410 (hardware version NVR_NNT4NA716P / N6MB01 / H3MB18), RLN4E, RLN36, RLN12W, NVS4E, NVS8, NVS12W, NVS16, NVS36, RP-PN8, RP-PN16, RP-N64.
Step 1. Go to the live-view page and click the Settings icon in the top left corner to enter the menu.
Step 2. Go to Network on the left-hand side, then click on Network Status to check the network status information of the NVR.

Via Reolink NVR (Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)
Step 1. Log into your Reolink PoE NVR on the monitor, and click on the icon
to open to Menu.
Step 2. Go to Network on the left-hand side, then click on Network Status to check the network status information of the NVR.
