Applies to: All Reolink devices.
When you try to log into your devices, but receive the notification of Incorrect username or password.
You may try as follow:
1. If you are using the administrative account to access your devices, please make sure the username is admin (show in the picture above)
2. If the username is admin, but you still get the password error notification, you may reset your devices.
3. If there is a Reolink NVR in LAN, it may be auto-added to the NVR and assigned a password, please refer to this article to check and change the camera's password: How to Configure User Settings via Reolink NVRs
4. If the camera is added to the Reolink Home Hub, you can only view it under Home Hub or share the camera from Home Hub and add the camera separately.
