If you no longer wish to use Reolink services, you can delete your Reolink account directly from the Reolink Cloud website. This will remove your personal profile and the account data associated with it. Read through the steps and the important notes below before proceeding, as the account will be permanently removed once the 72-hour grace period ends.
Before You Delete
Once you submit the deletion request, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted after 72 hours. After this period, the deletion cannot be undone. The data listed below will also be permanently lost, so be sure to save anything you may need beforehand.

| Reolink Cloud subscription | The activated Cloud service will be disabled. Any free cloud plan linked to your account will also be cancelled. |
| Reolink Cloud recordings | All cloud recordings will be erased in 72 hours. Recommended that you download any cloud recordings that you want to keep in advance. |
| Bound account devices | Account devices will be unbond and auto-reset. You could set it up again after resetting. |
Step-by-Step Guide

Via Reolink App
Step 1. Launch the Reolink app and log in to your Reolink account. Then tap your account to access the Account Info page.
Step 2. Tap Change Password to access the Security page.
Step 3. Scroll down to find Manage Your Data and then tap Check to access available data management options.
Step 4. Tap I Want to Delete to read notes, and tap Send Code to receive a verification code by email. Enter the code to verify your identity.
Step 5. After verification, your account will be deleted shortly.
Step 6. (Option) If you no longer want to delete your account, tap I Don't Want to Delete to cancel the deletion request within 72 hours. Your account will then be recovered.

Via Reolink Web browser
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account at Log Page. And then click Account Details after accessing the My Account page.
Step 2. Click Security to access the Security page. Scroll down to find Manage Your Data and then click Check to access available data management options.
Step 3. Click I Want to Delete to read notes, and click Send Code to receive a verification code by email. Enter the code to verify your identity.
Step 4. After verification, your account will be deleted shortly.
Step 5. (Option) If you no longer want to delete your account, tap I Don't Want to Delete to cancel the deletion request within 72 hours. Your account will then be recovered.
After Deletion
After you submit the request, your account enters a 72-hour grace period during which you can still recover it by selecting I Want to Undelete It. Once this period expires, the account and its data will be permanently deleted and can no longer be restored. If you want to come back, you can always register a new Reolink account with the same email after the original account is fully deleted.
