If you fail to find the battery status information, here are some troubleshooting tips for you to resolve the problem.

Please check whether the battery ID shown on the Reolink App is the same as the one on the camera's battery pack.
- If they are the same, unplug the solar panel from the battery pack. 10 seconds later, re-plug it and check whether the battery information is shown.
- If they are not the same, please re-pair the battery pack with the camera via the Reolink App.
If the problem is still not solved, please contact Reolink Support.
