Can Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K connect to the 5GHz WiFi?
Only Argus 3 Pro supports both 5GHz WiFi and 2.4GHz WiFi. Argus 3 2K only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. If your Argus 3 Pro cannot connect to the 5GHz WiFi, please refer to Wi-Fi Connection Failed During the Setup of Reolink Lumus, Battery-Powered Cameras, and E1 Series.

Does Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K support RTSP protocol?
No. Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K does not support RTSP, RTMP, HTTP, HTTPS, or ONVIF protocol. You can only view the camera feed via our Reolink App and Reolink Client.

Can Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K work with NVR?
No. Argus 3 Pro/ Argus 3 2K cannot work with NVR. They are not compatible.

Does Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K support the cloud service?
Yes. Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K supports Reolink Cloud.

What is the maximum capacity of the micro SD card supported by Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K?
Argus 3 Pro / Argus 3 2K supports max. 256GB micro SD card. If the micro SD card is larger than 64GB, format it to exFAT before installing it to the camera.

When will the spotlights turn on?
The spotlight will only turn on when movements are detected at night. It will not turn on during the day.
