If the plan you want to renew is no longer available (for being upgraded or other reasons), you can NOT renew it directly since it does not exist now (It maybe replaced by an upgraded one, which may contain more functions). Certainly, you can still enjoy it if the plan you want to renew is within its validity period.

To “renew it", you can switch it to a new plan. In most cases, there will always be a corresponding upgraded plan for the phased-out one. For example, if you've originally subscribed to Reolink's Basic Plan and you cannot renew it directly, you can now click "Switch Plan" button to switch it to a “new” Basic Plan (remember to choose the right “country” and “storage location”). And you can do it with other plans similarly.
