SIM card, SIM-eject tool/Reset pin, screwdriver

Step-by-Step Guide

For Reolink Duo 4G/Duo 2 LTE

Step 1. Use a screwdriver to remove the lower part of the semi-dome cover. Then open the rubber cover to find the SIM card slot.

Step 2. Insert a SIM-eject tool into the hole beside the SIM tray and push it in to pop open the tray.
Place the SIM card into the tray, then insert the tray into the camera completely.

Step 3. Press back the rubber cover and screw the semi-dome cover in place.

For Reolink TrackMix LTE/TrackMix Wired LTE/TrackMix LTE Plus/TrackMix LTE Plus 2

Step 1. Use a screwdriver to remove the metal cover.

Step 2. Insert a SIM-eject tool into the hole beside the SIM tray and push it in to pop open the tray.
Place the SIM card into the tray, then align the holes and insert the tray into the camera completely.

Step 3. Screw the cover back firmly.

Note: 

  1. To install the SIM card for all above cameras, please remember that the gold contacts shall face down.
  2. Please distinguish this from the SD card slot. The slot above the lens is for the SD card, not the SIM card.
