How to Find out System Information for NVRs via Reolink Client

Here we'll guide you to quickly check hardware No. and firmware version of Reolink NVRs via Reolink New Client.

Applies to: All Reolink NVRs.

Method 1

Launch Reolink Client and log in to the NVR, then go to Device Settings > System > Info. You will see the Model, UID, and Hardware No. and Firmware Version for NVRs.

Method 2

Right-click the NVR, and click Get Info. You will see the Model, UID, and Hardware No. and Firmware Version for NVRs.

Please check the Model, Hardware No. and Firmware Ver., and then you can go to the Download Center to find the latest firmware for your NVR.
