When the cameras displaying "connection failed" prompt, from the IP channel page, you may confirm whether the cameras' have the IP conflict issue.
Method 1
Click Add Camera on the Live view page, and you will find the camera status in the sidebar of the IP channel page.
Method 2
Step 1. Launch your Monitor of NVR, then choose Menu -> Channel -> Replace.
Step 2. You will find the camera status in the sidebar of the IP channel page.
