When the cameras display a connection failed prompt in live view, refer to the steps below to check the camera status: confirm whether the camera is detected and whether the cameras' have the IP conflict issue.
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.
Method 1
Click Add Camera on the Live view page, and you will find the camera status in the sidebar of the IP channel page.
Method 2
Step 1. Launch your Monitor of NVR, then choose Settings > Channel, move the mouse on one of the channels, click Replace.
Step 2. You will find the camera status in the sidebar of the IP channel page.
