If you want the screen to be locked when you leave the NVR monitor, you can enable the password to unlock the screen.
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36
Step 1. Go to Settings > System > General page. Turn on the switch to Require account and password verification to unlock the screen.
Step 2. Click the drag-down arrow of Auto-Lock Time. Choose a time interval to lock the screen automatically when no one is operating the NVR.
For example, if you select 5 mins, then the NVR monitor screen will be locked in 5 mins after no one operates the NVR. Then you need to input the password to unlock the screen.
Notes:
- If you don't want the NVR monitor to be locked automatically, please select None for Auto-Lock Time. The password is still needed after you lock the screen manually.
- If you want to disable the password when unlocking the screen, turn off the switch to Require account and password verification to unlock the screen. The screen won't be locked anymore.
