Here we'll guide you to quickly check the firmware version of Reolink devices via Reolink Client.
Applies to: All Reolink devices.
Finding device version information on the Reolink Client can be done in two ways: accessing the settings page or right-clicking for a quick query. Depending on your model, click the corresponding link to perform the query.
Checking System Information Under Settings

Reolink Standalone Camera
Launch Reolink Client and log in to the camera, click Camera Settings, and click Info, and you will see the Model, UID, and Hardware No. and Firmware Version for your camera.

Reolink NVR and Integrated Camera
For cameras added to Reolink NVR, the system information of the camera cannot be found in the Reolink Client and can only be found on the NVR monitor. Please refer to:

For Reolink NVR, launch Reolink Client and log in to the NVR, then go to Device Settings > System > Info. You will see the Model, UID, and Hardware No. and Firmware Version for NVRs.

Reolink Home Hub and Integrated Camera
For cameras added to Reolink Home Hub, click to camera Settings > Device > Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.
For Reolink Home Hub, tapto Home Hub's Settings, click Customize > Device > Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink Home Hub.
Checking System Information by Right Click
Right-click the device, and click Get Info. You will see the Model, UID, and Hardware No. and Firmware Version for your device.
