Enabling UID allows you to remotely access the NVR via UID. If your NVR fails to be accessed remotely, or you don't want to access it remotely, you can enable/disable the UID via Reolink New UI with a monitor connected.
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36, RLN12W
Step 1. Go to Settings.
Step 2. Click System > Info. Check/Uncheck the UID enable button to enable/disable it.
