Note: Please make sure that you have already downloaded the firmware (choose the correct model and version according to your devices) from Reolink Download Center before upgrading.

Step 1. Find the firmware (.pak file) and transfer it to a USB drive, then insert the USB drive into the NVR USB port.

Step 2. Log in to your Reolink NVR on a monitor, then go to Device Settings > System > Maintenance page.

  • If you need to upgrade the firmware for cameras that are connected to the NVR, click Upgrade IPC, choose Local Upgrade (do not use online upgrade as this feature is not fulfilled yet), then select the correct firmware and click on the Upgrade button to start upgrading.

Step 4. Check if you want the cameras and NVR to restore or not.

If not, uncheck the Restore to Default Settings button.
