Applies to: All Reolink products except battery-powered cameras.
If you can access the camera locally, but can’t remotely login over the Internet, then you need to check if the camera’s Internet is OK or not. Please refer to the steps below to proceed.
Step 1. Launch Reolink Client and log in to your camera, then go to Device Settings page.
Step 2. Enter the Network>Advanced page, then click Set up button next to NTP Settings.
Step 3. Tap on Synchronize.
Note: If the prompt “Succeeded” pops up, it means that there is nothing wrong with the Internet, and the problem is lying in your device. If NTP fails, it means that the network is faulty.
