How to Set up Smart Vehicle Detection Recording only via Reolink Client

If you are struggling with how to let the camera only detect vehicles, then this article will be very helpful to you.

Applies to: Reolink cameras which can support person/vehicle detection function

Note: To set up the Smart person/vehicle detection feature via the PC client, please update your Client to the latest version (version 8.1.7 or above).

If you want the camera only to record the vehicle, please insert a Micro SD card or connect the camera to Reolink NVR, go to Camera Settings > Surveillance > Record, and enable Schedule. Under the Alarm setting, enable the Vehicle detection type only and choose the time and date you want for person detection. Tap the Save button to save settings.

Same for the Email/FTP/Siren/Push.
