Phenomenon: On the WiFi NVR monitor, it shows Vidoe Loss or a black screen
Cause 1: RLC-211W can't be added to the WiFi NVR when you first set it up
Solution 1: Make sure the camera is powered on. Refer to this article to reset the camera. Refer to: How to Reset Bullet or Dome Cameras Press the reset button until you hear the voice prompt and then release the reset button.
And go to WiFi NVR monitor>>>Menu>>>Network>>>WiFi Setting>>>Let the camera scan the code on the WiFi Setting
Cause 2: The distance between the camera and the WiFi NVR is too far.
Solution 2: Please move the camera close to the NVR.
Cause 3: The antennas of the camera are not tightened.
Solution 3: Please tighten the antennas of the camera.
Cause 4: The WiFi channel is not the one that the camera can support.
Solution 4: Please change the WiFi channel. You need to log in to the router management interface and then find the wifi channel. And you can find there is a login address on the router to let you log in to its management page by using a computer/phone.
For 2.4GHz WiFi, the camera can support wifi channel from channel 1~13.
For 5GHz WiFi, the camera can support the following wifi channels:
channel 36
channel 40
channel 44
channel 48
channel 52
channel 56
channel 60
channel 64
channel 149
channel 153
channel 157
Cause 5: The WiFi setting of the WiFi NVR is Station mode
Solution 5:
Go to WiFi NVR monitor>>>Menu>>>Network>>>WiFi Setting>>>WiFi Mode>>>Choose AP
Or you can let the camera connected to the router which the WiFi NVR is connected to. Then go to IP channel of the WiFi NVR>>>Click Refresh>>>To find the camera>>>assign one channel for the camera>>>Click Apply>>>Then add the camera to the WiFi NVR.
Cause 6: The resolution of the camera is higher than 2MP
