Phenomenon: On the WiFi NVR monitor, it shows Video Loss or a black screen
Cause 1: The WiFi camera is connected to the WiFi NVR via an Ethernet cable. But on the IP channel, you can’t find the WiFi camera. The camera may not be powered on.
Use a power adapter to power on the camera first. Check this article to know which power adapter suits your camera: What is the Output Voltage for Reolink DC Power Adapter
How to tell if the camera is powered on? Place the camera under an entirely dark environment, if the infrared lights of the camera turn on, then the camera is powered on properly. If you are using the power adapter with the correct specs, but the IR lights of the camera can't come, please contact Reolink Support(support@reolink.com).
Cause 2: The camera isn’t assigned to a channel.
On the IP channel page, please find the camera and then assign a channel for it. Every camera needs a channel. Note: Each channel can only be assigned to one camera. Refer to: Introduction of the Camera Status on IP channel Page of Reolink NVR
Cause 3: The antennas of the camera are not tightened.
Please tighten the antennas of the camera.
Cause 4: The distance between the camera and the WiFi NVR is too far.
Please move the camera close to the NVR.
Cause 5: As for the status like "Invalid Password", the camera has been set up with a password.
On the IP channel page, the status of the camera is an invalid password. Please reset the camera and then set it up again without a password.

Cause 6: On the IP channel page, there are two same IP addresses of two cameras.
Reboot the WiFi NVR and the camera. Refer to: How to Manually Reboot via Reolink WiFi NVR
Then try to add the WiFi camera to the WiFi NVR again.
Cause 7: On the IP channel page, the status of the camera is previewing, but there is no live view on the monitor, only with a black screen, it is because the camera resolution is higher than 2MP.
Please adjust the resolution of the camera. Refer to: Which Cameras Can I Use my Reolink WiFi NVRs with
Cause 8: The LAN port on the WiFi NVR may have something wrong.
The camera can be powered on. The WiFi camera is connected to the WiFi NVR via an Ethernet cable. But on the IP channel, you can’t find the WiFi camera. Observe whether the light around the LAN port on the WiFi NVR will flash. Try changing the cable to connect the camera and the WiFi NVR.
Cause 9: The camera hasn't been configured with the WiFi.
If the camera can work with a cable connecting it to the WiFi NVR, but the camera will fail to be connected the WiFi NVR once you unplug the cable. Please configure WiFi for the camera before unplugging the cable.
Cause 10: The WiFi channel is not the one that the camera can support.
Please change the WiFi channel. You need to log in to the router management interface and then find the wifi channel. And you can find there is a login address on the router to let you log in to its management page by using a computer/phone.
For 2.4GHz WiFi, the camera can support wifi channel from channel 1~13.
For 5GHz WiFi, the camera can support the following wifi channels:
channel 36
channel 40
channel 44
channel 48
channel 52
channel 56
channel 60
channel 64
channel 149
channel 153
channel 157
channel 161
channel 165
