  • User not found

    This situation occurs because the email has not yet been registered with a Reolink account. Please refer to "How to Register a Reolink Account?" to register your Reolink account, and then try logging in again.

  • Reolink incorrect account name or password: The account or password is incorrect. Please try again. 

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct username and password. Make sure there are no accidental spaces before or after the password. Your username should be your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Lost your password?" to reset it.

  • You haven't created a password for this account yet. Please set a password or try the "log in with third-part account" method below. 

    Follow the instructions to create a password for your Reolink account. Alternatively, click on "Log in with Google" at the bottom of the page to log in to the Reolink website using your Gmail account.

  • The account is invalid.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct username, which should be your email address. If you are sure the email address is correct but still receive the same error, it is possible that the email has not been registered with a Reolink account. Click on "Sign up" below and refer to "How to Register a Reolink Account?" to register your Reolink account, then try logging in again.

    Switch to a different network (cellular data/Wi-Fi) on the phone and try logging in to your Reolink account again.
