Problem phenomenon: cannot log in Reolink website via Reolink account, you will got the error message like incorrect password, A user could not be found with this email address

Cause 1: Account does not exist, you will got the error message like 'A user could not be found with this email address”

Solution 1:

1.Please make sure the email address you input is correct. 

2. Please check whether you sign up this email address as the Reolink account. 

If you never sign up this email address as the reolink account, please kindly sign up the Reolink account in link here

Cause 2: Incorrect password

Solution 2:Please make sure the password your input is correct, if you forget the password, you can click“ forget password” to create a new password. 

Cause 3: network error

Solution 3:  Please check your computer network is available and please change another webbrowser to have a try. 

Cause 4: Third party login failed

Solution 4: if you log in the reolink account with third party(google or facebook) please note the reolink account should be email address or the third party account already associated with email address. 

If your facebook account signed up with phone number, please bind with email address then you can log in the reolink account with facebook.
