Description of the problem:
The motion recording is not marked (highlighted) during playback.
Cause 1: Software issue
Solution:
1. The web browser does not support mark motion detection recording. Please use Reolink Client or Reolink app instead.
2. Please change software for a test, use Reolink APP, Reolink Client, or the NVR monitor.
3. Please upgrade the version of the software, you may contact Reolink support for help.
Cause 2: Incorrect motion recording configuration
Solution:
Incorrect motion recording configuration may lead motion not to be triggered, thus no alarm recordings are saved.
For example, on NVR, the "enable alarm" for each channel has not been checked or the motion sensitivity is too low to detect the motion, etc.
Please make sure that the recording schedule and sensitivity is set up properly by referring to How to Configure Motion Detection Settings
