Follow the steps below to set up an e-mail attachment via Reolink PoE NVR.

Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)

Step 1. Right-click the live-view page and click the Menu at the bottom. Then go to Network > Advanced > Email Settings.

Note: Before setting the email, please make sure that your NVR is connected to the Internet.

Step 2. Choose the types of attachment you want, including Disable, Attach Picture, and Attach Video.

  1. Disable: the motion detection alarm email will only send words without video or picture.
  2. Attach Picture: the motion detection alarm email will contain a picture of the video.
  3. Attach Video: the motion detection alarm email will contain a video that lasts for 30 seconds.

Step 3. Click Apply to save settings.
