Reolink Products (Excl. Professional Series) – 2-Year Warranty

All Reolink Products (Excl. Professional Series) are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
This coverage applies to:

  • All Wi-Fi, PoE, 4G cameras

  • NVRs, Home Hub series

  • Video Doorbells, Battery-powered cameras

  • Security camera systems

  • Accessories and add-on components

Reolink Professional Series – 3-Year Warranty

Devices in the Reolink Professional Series are covered by a 3-year limited warranty
Products covered include:

  • Professional Series PoE and Wi-Fi cameras (for example, RP-PCB8M/RP-WCV8MZ)

  • Professional Series NVR models (for example, RP-PN8/RP-PN16)

Reolink Refurbished Products – 1-Year Warranty

A camera with a “Refurbished” mark on the body indicates that it is a refurbished unit. Refurbished products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. These products undergo full testing and quality inspection before shipment to ensure reliable performance.

2. Warranty Coverage (Applies to All Categories)

Regardless of the product type, the warranty covers:

  • Full-device technical support throughout the coverage period

  • Assistance and guidance for device setup and operation

  • Replacement services for eligible devices

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or incorrect installation

  • Damage from Extreme Conditions (storms, flooding, electrical surges, etc.)

  • Unauthorized repairs or disassembly

3. Extend Warranty

Reolink offers a free optional extended warranty for eligible products.
If you register your brand new Reolink Products (Excl. Professional Series) within the original warranty period, you will receive an additional 6 months of coverage (enjoys 2.5 years of limited warranty in total).

To activate the extended warranty, simply register the product through Reolink’s official channels using your purchase information and device UID. Refer to Register to Extend Your Warranty.
