To locate the MAC address of your Reolink device, follow these simple steps. The MAC address is essential for network identification. Here's how to find it.
Applies to: All Reolink device.
Note: Cameras connected to an NVR do not support directly retrieving the MAC address of the camera itself. If you need to obtain the camera's MAC address, camera must be connected to the network individually (i.e., not through the NVR).

Via Reolink App
Log in to your device via Reolink App and go to Device Settings > Device Info > Network Information and find the Mac Address of your device.

Via Reolink Client
Launch Reolink Client and log in to your device, and then go to Settings >Network > Network Information page to find out the MAC Address.

Via Reolink Web Browser
Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVR (exclude battery-powered cameras, Reolink Lumus, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro and Home Hubs).
Go to Device Settings > Network and you can find the MAC Address.

Via Monitor (Reolink NVR with New UI)
Applies to: Comprehensive Guide to Reolink NVR Hardware Versions
Locate the menu bar on the monitor (the menu bar may be at the top or bottom depending on your NVR version; please refer to your specific NVR interface). Click Settings > Network > Network Status and you can find the MAC Address of your NVR.

Via Monitor (Reolink NVR with Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)
Step 1. Log in to the NVR on the monitor and go to Menu.
Step 2. Go to Network > General page, then you'll see MAC Address at the end of the General page.
