How to Delete and Download Files from the FTP Server

This article will guide you on how to delete or download files from your FTP Server.

Applies to: All Reolink PoE NVRs and IP cameras (E1 Zoom is included) except all Reolink battery-powered cameras, RLN36, Reolink WiFi NVR system, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, B400, D400, B800, D800, and Reolink Lumus.

Step 1. Enter your FTP server address in the file manager.

Step 2. Right-click on the file you want to delete or download.

Step 3. If you want to delete the file, click "Delete". If you want to download the file, click "Copy To Folder" and choose the folder you want to put the file in.
