PoE IP Cameras
Reolink PoE cameras have a built-in PoE module. You could use an ethernet cable to connect the PoE camera to a PoE switch/PoE injector/PoE NVR. Then the PoE camera could be powered by the ethernet cable. In this way, it also solves the problem that it's difficult to power on the cameras at some locations in the actual installation scene.

WiFi Security Cameras
Reolink WiFi cameras have a built-in WiFi module and support wireless connection to the network. The installation is more convenient. Reolink WiFi cameras need to be connected to a 12V / 5V power supply to power it.

POE NVR/WiFi NVR
NVR is the abbreviation of Network Video Recorder. The main function of NVR is to receive the digital video code stream transmitted by IPC (network camera) equipment through the network, which is the storage and forwarding part of the network video monitoring system. NVR works together with a video encoder or network camera to complete the video recording, storage, and forwarding functions.
PoE NVR
PoE NVR has built-in PoE mode, including 4/8/16 network ports. It can supply power to PoE cameras directly through the network cable.

Security Camera System(Kit)
A security camera system is a whole video surveillance system connected together by a series of security cameras and network video recorders. The NVR and Camera combination kit is more affordable than buying it separately. In addition, the combination kit will generally be equipped with an 18-meter network cable(PoE Kit) or an 18-meter power extension cable(WiFi Kit).
Applicable Scenarios
1. Used in family scenes, such as caring for the elderly and children.
Cameras used in family scenes generally need a continuous preview, two-way audio, and PT function. C1, C1 Pro, E1, and E1 Pro, E1 zoom can meet these requirements.
2. Installed outdoors, without power supply.
It is recommended to use battery-powered cameras in this scenario. Battery-powered cameras can work with WiFi(4G), and it's 100% wireless.
3. Outdoor use without electricity and WiFi.
Reolink Go can meet these requirements, it uses 3G/4G for networking.
4. Used as a timelapse camera (send pictures/videos regularly), like monitoring construction sites.
You could use Reolink cameras that support FTP in these scenarios. Reolink battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, E1 pro, and Reolink lumus can not send pictures/videos regularly so it could not be used on this situation.
5. Need continuous recording, with WiFi and power supply.
It is recommended to use Reolink WiFi cameras in this situation. Reolink WiFi cameras can work with WiFi, and they can support continuous recording and they work well in these scenarios.
