Videos stored in NVR's HDD and SD card installed in the NVR support playback on Reolink NVR.

RLN-211W NVR has both an SD card and HDD, but it only detects files in HDD when both an SD card and HDD are installed in NVR. 

If the NVR only has the SD card installed, then the recordings in the SD card support playback on the NVR.
