Applies to: Reolink cameras which can support Reolink cloud
If your camera's model supports Reolink Cloud service but you failed to bind your camera to your Cloud account, please check if your camera has been upgraded to the latest version. Please kindly refer to How to Find out System Information (Firmware Version) via Reolink Software
If not, please upgrade your camera first then check if you could bind your camera to your cloud account successfully.
If your camera is a battery-powered camera (Argus 2; Argus Eco; Argus Pro; Argus PT; Reolink Go; Reolink Go PT), you may upgrade your camera only via Reolink App. Please refer to Upgrade Battery-powered Cameras Manually
If your camera model is E1/E1 Pro/E1 Zoom/Reolink Lumas, please refer to How to Upgrade Firmware via Reolink Client (New Client)
