How to Download All Recordings at Once on Reolink NVR

To download all recordings on Reolink NVR at once, please refer to the guidance below.

Applies to: Reolink PoE NVRs with hardware version H3MB02/H3MB16 and all Reolink WiFi NVRs.

If what you have is a Reolink PoE NVR, you can follow the steps below to download all the recordings of your cameras that are connected to your NVR at once.

If your NVR is a Reolink WiFi NVR, you can only download all videos within one day at once. Please check the steps below to proceed.

• Backup Recordings via Reolink PoE NVR

  Step 1. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the NVR.

  Step 2. Right-click on the Live View interface, and then click the menu button  to enter the main menu page.

  

  Step 3. Enter the Search > Backup page. Choose all the channels, and then select Video Type, Start Time, End Time and click Backup.

  

  Step 4. Select all the video clips and click Next.

  

  Step 5. Click Start to export the videos to the USB flash drive.

  

  Note: If you want to export the MP4 format videos, please check MP4 Format File, or the files will be in H.264 format.

• Backup Recordings via Reolink WiFi NVR

  Step 1. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the NVR.

  Step 2. Right-click the Live View page on the monitor, and then click the menu button to enter the main menu.

  

  Step 3. On the main menu page, click Search.

  

  Step 4. Choose the date of the recordings and click Backup to search all the recordings of that date.

  

  Step 5. Select the recordings you want and click Backup.

  

  Step 6. Click Start to export the recordings to the USB flash drive.
