For Reolink devices, recordings in the micro SD card or the HDD are saved under both clear mode and fluent mode at the same time. To playback the recordings with better qualities (clear mode), please follow the steps below. Find and click the link to your software for step-by-step instructions.

via Reolink App
Step 1. Launch Reolink App, enter the Live View interface of the camera, and tap the Playback button to continue.
Step 2. Select the month and date that you want to check.
Step 3. Slide the timeline to quickly locate a specific time. Change the mode to Clear.
Step 4. Now, tap the Play button to play recordings in clear mode.
via Reolink Client
Step 1. Launch Reolink Client, and enter the Playback page of the camera.
Step 2. Manually drag the camera icon to the playback window to make it show on the playback window.
Step 3. Click the calendar and choose the month & date on which you want to search for videos. And put the mouse to the blue lines to choose the specific time you want to check the recordings.
Step 4. Switch to Clear mode and click the play button to play the recordings you select.
via Web browser
👉 Applies to: Available only for cameras that support web access.
Step 1. Access your device via a web browser.
Step 2. Click the Low button at the bottom-left to switch to clear mode.
Via Monitor (only for Reolink NVR users)
When playing back on the monitor, there is no option to switch between clear and fluent mode. By default, the single-screen display uses the clear mode, while the multi-screen display uses the fluent mode.
