The following steps show you how to playback recordings in clear mode on Reolink App.

Applies to: All Reolink NVRs and Reolink cameras with a micro SD card slot.

For Reolink devices, recordings in the micro SD card or the HDD are saved under both clear mode and fluent mode at the same time. To playback the recordings with better qualities (clear mode) via Reolink App, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Launch Reolink App, enter the Live View interface of the camera, and tap the Playback button to continue.

Step 2. Select the month and date that you want to check.

Step 3. Slide the timeline to quickly locate a specific time.

Step 4. Change the mode to Clear.

Step 5. Tap the Play button to play recordings in clear mode.
