To download all recordings from your camera at once, follow the steps below. Click on the link corresponding to your software for detailed instructions.

Applies to: All Reolink devices.

Note: Currently, Reolink App and Reolink Web Browser only support downloading one recording file at once.

  • Via Reolink Client

    Step 1. Launch Reolink Client and log in to your Reolink device, then click the Playback to enter the playback page, click the Date button (Date with a blue dot means there are recordings), and then choose Download.

    Step 2. Click Choose All, then click Download.

    Note: To find where the downloaded videos are, you can enter the Client Settings > Local Record interface to check where the recordings are downloaded.

  • Via Monitor (Reolink NVR with New UI)

    Before downloading recordings from your NVR, please Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port of the NVR first. 

    Step 1. Locate the menu bar (Due to differences in NVR versions, the menu bar may be located at the top or bottom). Click the Back-Up button to access the Back-Up page.

    Step 2. Choose all the channels, and then select all Video Types and start/end time and click Search. Then check all the channel video clips and then click Back-up.

    Step 3. Click Start and the videos will be downloaded to your USB flash drive.

    Notes: If you want to export the MP4 format videos, please check the Export to MP4 Format, otherwise, the files will be in the H.264 or H.265 format.backup NVR

  • Via Monitor (Reolink NVR with Old UI)

    Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)

    Step 1. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the NVR.

    Step 2. Right-click on the Live View interface, and then click the menu button POE main menu button to enter the main menu page.

    Step 3. Enter the Search Backup page. Choose all the channels, and then select Video TypeStart TimeEnd Time, and click Backup.

    Step 4. Select all the video clips and click Next.

    Step 5. Click Start to export the videos to the USB flash drive.

    Note: If you want to export the MP4 format videos, please check MP4 Format File, or the files will be in H.264 format.
