For battery-powered cameras, you can configure it to send PIR motion notifications to your phone, while you can set up motion detection notifications for a battery-free camera.
Below are the instructions for your reference to configure the settings on the Reolink App.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs
1. If you want to send PIR detection notifications to your Phone:
Step 1: Launch your Reolink App. Tap the gear icon to get to the device settings page.
Step 2: Tap to turn on the PIR Motion Sensor.
Step 3: Tap Schedule to choose the time interval you want to enable the PIR sensor.
Note: Only battery-powered camera without smart detection function can support set up PIR schedule. For more instructions about configuring the PIR schedule, you may refer to How to Set up PIR Schedule via Reolink App.
Step 4: Tap Sensitivity and set up the sensitivity by sliding left or right.
Step 5: Tap Push Notification and turn it on. Also, refer to How to Enable Push Notifications on iOS and Android Phones to check the permission on your mobile phone.
Done! When the camera detects the motion, it will send a notification to your mobile phone like the screenshot below:
2. If you want to send Motion Detection notifications to your phone:
Step 1: Launch your Reolink APP. Tap the gear icon to get to the device settings page.
Step 2: Tap Detection Alarm > Detection zone to customize the detection or non-detection area.

Step 3: Tap Sensitivity to adjust the motion detection sensitivity.

Step 4: Tap Push Notifications and turn it ON.
Tap Schedule to customize the push notification schedule.

Done! You will receive a push to your phone when motion is detected by your camera.
