This article will guide you to playback the cloud recordings that are uploaded to your cloud storage via web browser.
Applies to: Argus 2, Argus Pro, Reolink Go, Reolink Go Plus, Reolink Go PT, Reolink Go PT Plus, Argus Eco, Argus PT, E1 Pro, E1, E1 Zoom, E1 Outdoor, Argus 3, Argus 3 Pro, Argus 2E, Argus PT 2K, Reolink Duo, Reolink Duo 4G, Reolink Lumus, KEEN Ranger PT, Reolink Duo 2, Reolink Duo 2 LTE, Reolink TrackMix, Reolink TrackMix LTE, Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi.
Step 1. Log in to your cloud account at https://cloud.reolink.com/.
Step 2. Click All Device to unfold the drop-down menu and choose the camera that you would like to check.
Select the date or time period to check the recordings.
Step 3. Choose a video that you would like to play.
Step 4. Click the play icon to start playing.
Note:
1. The video format of the clear mode for Argus 3 Pro is H.265.
2. If you can't playback the cloud recording in the clear mode because of the H.265 compatibility issue, please change to another web browser to try again. Of the desktop browsers, only Microsoft Edge (version 16 and later) and Safari (version 11 and later) support H.265.
