UPnP is a network protocol that allows compliant devices to automatically set port forwarding rules for themselves. If you would like to enable or disable UPnP for your Reolink devices, you can refer to the instructions below.
Applies to: All Reolink devices except battery-powered cameras and the add-on cameras
Notes:
1. You need to enable UPNP on your router too.
2. Reolink App does not support UPNP setup.

Via Reolink Client
If you want to enable/disable UPNP, please click Camera Settings > Network > Advanced > Enable UPNP.

Via Reolink Web browser
Applies to: All Reolink cameras (except Reolink battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, and Reolink E1 Pro, Reolink Lumus, the add-on cameras)
Step 1. Log in to your camera in the web browser.
Step 2. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page.
Step 3. Click Network > Advanced. Toggle the switch to enable or disable UPnP.

Via Reolink NVR (New UI)
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.
Please click Settings > Network > Advanced > UPnP enable or disable.

Via Reolink NVR (Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)
If you want to enable/disable UPNP, click Menu > Network > Advanced > UPNP enable/disable, and then click Apply.
