Generally, an IP camera will be allocated an IP address by the router. But you can change this IP address to a static one according to your actual network conditions. Below is a quick guide for your reference to change the camera's IP address to a static IP address via web browser. 

Applies to: All Reolink products (except battery-powered ones, Reolink E1, E1 Pro, Reolink Lumus)

Step 1. Log in to your camera via Web Browser and then click the gear icon on the top right to get to the settings page.

Step 2. Click Network Settings > Set Up. Click_network_settings_and_setup.png

Step 3. Choose the Connection Type as Static and enter the static IP address for the camera. Click Save to save the setting.  choose_static.png

Now you have changed Camera's IP Address to Static IP Address successfully via Web Browser.
